Refund and Return Policy
Our products are made using the POD (Print On Demand) method. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues, color preference, or change of mind. This is because our products are custom-made. Each product is produced after the order is placed and is uniquely created to suit the customer's order. Therefore, returns and exchanges are not possible due to these reasons.

Incorrect Address Policy
If the product is returned to the warehouse due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost. A reshipping fee of $10 will apply. To proceed with the reshipment, the customer must provide the correct address via email.
Refunds will not be provided for orders returned due to incorrect addresses.

Refund Conditions
Refunds will only be processed if the product is defective, damaged, or misprinted.
Minor issues such as loose threads are not considered defects.

Refund Request Period
Refund requests for damaged, defective, or misprinted products can be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
“Received date” means the date the customer actually receives the product.

Return Procedure
We do not accept returns or exchanges. This means that there is no need to send the product back, because damaged, defective, or misprinted products cannot be resold. Therefore, we have adopted a system where we issue refunds without the need for returns. If the product is defective, damaged, or misprinted.

1. One full-product photo
2. Two close-up photos clearly showing the defective, damaged, or misprinted area(s).We will review the submitted materials and notify you of the refund decision via email.

Refund Processing
Once the refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your card issuer or bank.
