The undersigned declares that from this moment on, they will never purchase 'Fast Fashion,' the main culprit destroying humanity and the Earth. The undersigned refuses to be an accomplice to the carbon emissions, water pollution, and labor exploitation hidden behind cheap prices, and XAVKIP regards this as a 'Crime Against the Earth.'

Article 2
In future clothing purchases, the undersigned pledges to choose only XAVKIP's 'Global Warming Fashion,' which aims for Anti-Fast Fashion, and brands that align with its values and meaning. This signifies not a simple act of consumption, but a 'Militant Participation' for the Earth.

Article 3
If the undersigned violates this contract by purchasing even a single piece of Fast Fashion, all ownership and usage rights to the undersigned’s 'Soul' shall be immediately transferred to XAVKIP without separate notice.

Article 4
This contract takes effect immediately upon signing and cannot be terminated by any secular laws or spiritual mediation. The loss of the soul resulting from betrayal is the sole fault of the undersigned, and XAVKIP holds the right to utilize the confiscated soul as a 'Permanent Asset' for marketing, advertising, or brand promotion.
